Graco Intern Program

Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. What does that mean? What You Will Do at Graco

• Participate in process investigations by comparing documented Quality Management System (QMS) processes with current practices across multiple facilities
• Support improvement efforts using structured problem-solving tools.
• Assist in process mapping, documentation, and standardization of key quality processes.
• Contribute to the development and testing of new quality engineering tools to enhance efficiency and consistency
• Gather and analyze data to support root cause investigations and corrective actions
• Work with team members to identify opportunities for process alignment and efficiency gains
• Adapt to shifting priorities and provide timely support to the Quality team

What You Will Bring to Graco

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Quality or Manufacturing Engineering or comparable Engineering program.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Interest in process improvement and quality systems

Accelerators

• Experience with process mapping or workflow documentation tools
• Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001 or similar)
• Exposure to structured problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC, PDAC, etc.)
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or quality-focused role

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
