Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking an experience IP Litigation Associate for its dynamic global Trademark & Copyright Team in New York. The salary for this position is between $310k to $390k.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in trademark, copyright, and false advertising litigation, as well as enforcement and counseling.
- New York bar or ability to become admitted.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent client-interfacing skills; team focused.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
