Director of FinanceWe are currently recruiting a Director of Finance for a well-established behavioral health organization in Tallahassee, FL. This senior leadership role involves overseeing daily and monthly accounting operations, partnering with the CFO on budgeting and financial strategy, preparing audit requirements, and ensuring compliance across multiple programs and funding sources.Responsibilities:Lead daily accounting operationsPartner with CFO on budgeting and financial strategyPrepare for audits and maintain complianceManage financial reporting for various programs and funding sourcesOversee contract management, billing, and reimbursement processesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA license required)5+ years of accounting experienceStrong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and audit processesExperience in budgeting, compliance, and multi-fund accountingAdditional Information:Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000Comprehensive benefits package offeredFull-time position with long-term stability
