Location: East Setauket, NY
Salary: $80,000-$90,000 annually Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, etc. LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a valued client in the construction industry to identify a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Specialist to work onsite Monday-Friday. Duties: • Onboarding of new hires • Weekly in-house payroll for both non-union and union members. • Weekly processing of payroll taxes • Weekly processing of employee garnishments • Weekly & Monthly processing of Certified Payroll Reports • Weekly & Monthly processing of union benefits • Preparation of work papers for various audits • Various Human Resource duties to include unemployment, health insurance, 401K • Special projects as needed Skills/Qualifications : • Excellent communication skills with employees and project managers required. • Microsoft Office experience necessary. • Strong Excel required. • Timberline/Sage 300 helpful, but not necessary. • Ability to Analyze Information, Deal with Complexity, Report Research Results. • Accurate Data Entry Skills, Attention to Details, Maintain Confidentiality • Ability to Multi-Task with Good Organizational Skills LHH Recruitment Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status.
