Location: Carson, CA
Schedule: 100% Onsite
Compensation: $27/hr-$34/hr
A growing construction and trades company is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support a large employee population across multiple business units. This position will focus heavily on employee relations, leave administration, HR compliance, and employee support.
Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues
- Administer leaves of absence and employee accommodations
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance projects
- Collaborate with recruiting, payroll, and leadership teams
Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- 2-5 years of HR Generalist experience
- Strong employee relations experience
- Experience administering LOAs and HR compliance programs
- Ability to support a high-volume workforce
- Strong organization and communication skills
- ADP experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
