Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ social, emotional, and environmental challenges, utilizing standardized tools and best practices.

• Develop personalized service plans that outline clear goals, targeted interventions, and methods for ongoing progress monitoring to empower clients in their journey.

• Provide individual and family counseling to address a variety of life challenges including mental health crises, substance abuse, and interpersonal conflict.

• Implement effective crisis intervention strategies, performing risk assessments and creating safety plans tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Collaborate with clients in creating action plans and connecting them with relevant community resources while serving as an advocate during the process.
\n
• Engage with local agencies and resources to coordinate services and ensure comprehensive care, thereby promoting a network of support for clients.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives, serving as a representative to raise awareness of our services and educate the public on available resources.

• Contribute to team meetings, case conferences, and staff training sessions aimed at continuous improvement of service delivery and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The individuals and families you will work with face a multitude of social challenges, including but not limited to homelessness, domestic violence, and poverty. Your role will focus on empowering these populations through compassionate counseling and support, encouraging resilience and the development of coping mechanisms. Each client presents unique circumstances, and your expertise will be critical in navigating their journey toward stability and health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

• An active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is mandatory.

• Strong foundational knowledge of social and economic justice issues, as well as an understanding of trauma-informed care practices.

• Proficiency in communication, cultural competence, and problem-solving skills that foster effective therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, with additional sign-on bonuses available. Benefits include:
