Monday-Thursday 6:45am-5:15pm or Mon-Friday 6:45am-3:15pm.

• Number of Beds – 9 Operating Rooms
• Number of Staff – 50
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – 1 CNC, 7 RN, 7 surgical techs
  • Night Shift – 1 CNC/RN, 1 surgical tech
• Patient Ratios – 1:1
• Type of equipment – DaVinci Robot
• EMR - Meditech

• At least 2 years current experience
• First Assist experience with DaVinci Robot, Ortho Spine, Gynecology, Neurology, and General Surgery

• Spine and Neurosurgery instrument experience
• CNOR certificuation
• Strong physician relationship and communication skills

• Lumbar/Cervical Spine procedures
• Spinal Fusion and Instrumentation Cases
• Robotic General, Gynecological and Urological procedures
• Craniotomy and Neurosurgery Procedures

• Surgical anticipatory skills, strong communication and critical thinking skills, self-directed, collaborative

• RN license, RNFA certification; BLS/ACLS

• Los Robles Hospital main OR and Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital (TOSH).

• Scrub Color/Attire - hospital provided scrubs

• AORN guidelines

• Overtime should be anticipated and might include staying longer to finish a case.
