Finance Accounting Role

In Your Role You Will Support Our Team With Ongoing Financial Accounting And Participate In Receivables, Payables, And General Ledger Accounting.

You Will Check, Post, And Record Incoming And Outgoing Invoices Carefully And On Time.

Additionally, You Will Process Payment Transactions, Monitor Open Items, And Assist In Resolving Payment Differences.

Furthermore, You Will Reconcile Accounts And Resolve Discrepancies Independently In Collaboration With Relevant Departments.

You Will Support The Preparation Of Monthly, Quarterly, And Annual Financial Statements.

Last But Not Least, You Will Maintain And Manage Master Data And Contribute To High Data Quality.

What You Bring:

You Have A Successful Completed Commercial Qualification, Ideally With A Focus On Accounting, Finance, Or A Similar Qualification.

Ideally, You Have Already Gained Initial Professional Experience In Accounting Or Bookkeeping.

You Are Comfortable With Common Ms-Office Applications, Particularly Excel.

First Experiences With Erp Or Accounting Systems, Preferably Sap S/4hana, Are Desirable.

You Are Characterized By A Structured, Careful, And Self-Responsible Way Of Working.

Analytical Thinking And A Strong Affinity For Numbers Are Among Your Strengths.

You Like To Work In A Team, Are Reliable, And Handle Sensitive Data Responsibly And Discreetly.

You Have Good German Skills In Speech And Writing; English Skills Are Advantageous.
