Driving revenue growth through strategic account management, the full-time Customer Account Manager will focus on building long-term client relationships, new business development, and maximizing upselling opportunities while working remotely. Key responsibilities Implement sales tactics to achieve corporate revenue goals aligned with the company's expansion strategy Develop in-depth understanding of clients' businesses to drive customer-centric opportunities within key accounts Create proposals, negotiate deals, and maintain an accurate pipeline of deals and reporting dashboard Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in Business-to-Business and software sales Proven track record in Account Management Strong business acumen and competitive attitude Demonstrated ability to provide solutions that support business goals Experience in handling complex requirements and deadlines effectively
