Client Outreach Coordinator

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic Outreach Coordinator to join our marketing team in advance of an upcoming industry expo in Chicago.

In this role, you will be the front-line voice inviting existing customers, prospects, and warm leads to visit our booth and join us for an exclusive in-booth event and product demonstrations. If you are comfortable speaking with business professionals, enjoy making connections, and thrive in an organized, fast-paced environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on marketing outreach experience. Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly, and confident phone presence.

• Comfort with Outreach: Ability to feel at ease making outbound business-to-business (B2B) phone calls.

• Organization & Accuracy: strong data-entry skills and comfort navigating Excel or Google Sheets.

• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently while maintaining high accuracy and call volume.

• Experience (Plus): Prior background in customer service, inside sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or B2B calling is a strong plus, but not required.

Performance Expectations

• Complete ~50 outreach calls per day.

• Maintain timely, detailed tracking of every interaction.

• Deliver a professional, positive representation of the company brand on every call.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume B2B Outreach: Make approximately 50 outbound calls per day to customers, prospects, and leads using a provided script and target list.

• Event Promotion: Introduce our presence at the expo, highlighting our in-booth event and live demonstrations taking place on Monday, October 19, from 2:00–5:00 p.m.

• Attendee Engagement: Encourage contacts to add our booth to their official show planner, register for the event, and answer basic questions regarding booth location and activities.

• Lead Tracking & Data Entry: Accurately log every call outcome, contact status, interest level, and follow-up note in a provided tracking spreadsheet (Excel/Google Sheets).

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Follow up with contacts as directed and communicate daily with the Marketing Manager regarding call volume, key results, and notable opportunities.

• Escalation: Identify high-value prospects or interested leads and escalate them for direct follow-up by the sales team.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all customer and prospect data.
