Transaction Processor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transaction Processor Associate III to provide open enrollment transaction support and assist with various processing projects. Reporting to a supervisor, you will research, analyze, and update consumer information across multiple systems. The ideal candidate will thrive in an extremely fast-paced office environment and consistently meet high demands for accuracy, quality, and daily productivity. Key Responsibilities: Process all case maintenance transactions accurately, ensuring zero errors and adherence to procedural guidelines. Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality performance standards. Deliver exemplary customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Maintain a thorough understanding of required procedures and operating systems. Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet strict contract deadlines. Qualifications & Requirements: Education & Experience: College degree and prior experience in transaction processing or eligibility determination preferred. Technical Skills: Ability to type at least 45 WPM and proficiency (or ability to be trained) in standard PC software and systems. |Core Competencies: strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work with limited direction after initial training. Work Environment: Must be flexible to adapt to a high-volume, fast-paced office setting. Schedule requires availability for days, evenings, some weekend hours, and overtime as needed. Physical Demands: Standard office environment requirements, including prolonged sitting, regular computer use, and occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.
