Senior Specialty Representative - Cardiovascular - Naples, FL

Amgen seeks a Specialty or Senior Specialty Representative for its cardiovascular sales territory in southwest Florida. The role involves building physician relationships, communicating clinical product information, driving sales targets, and managing reimbursement issues while supporting patient access to Amgen's medicines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical product knowledge to medical professionals and drive appropriate product utilization
• Achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement with healthcare providers
• Develop and manage key accounts, customize discussions based on customer needs, and resolve reimbursement issues
• Implement marketing strategy and conduct medical education programs under District Manager direction
• Analyze territory performance and provide feedback on marketing effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of associate degree and 4+ years sales experience
• 3+ years sales and/or clinical healthcare experience for Senior level
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry sales experience preferred
• Established relationships or local market knowledge in Naples/Fort Myers/Cape Coral area preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of specialty disease areas such as cardiology or inflammation preferred

Compensation: Specialty Representative: $89,816–$121,602; Senior Specialty Representative: $109,631+ (annual salary)
