Transdev is seeking a Director of Benefits to lead strategy, design, and administration of employee benefit programs across our North American transportation operations. This role oversees health, welfare, retirement, and leave plans to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with Transdev’s safety- and people-focused culture. The Director will manage vendors and brokers, drive cost-effective plan performance, analyze data, and partner with HR and leadership on total rewards strategy. The role also leads benefits communication, supports labor and union-related benefits issues, and champions an inclusive, customer-focused employee experience.
