Customer Service and Schedule Coordinator Location: Indianapolis Metro Area Compensation: $20-$25 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Full-time, Monday-FridayA growing, established home services company in the Indianapolis metro area is hiring a Customer Service & Schedule Coordinator to support daily operations and customer experience. This role is a strong fit for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing a high volume of calls while keeping schedules running smoothly behind the scenes.About the RoleThis position blends customer service with scheduling coordination. You will be the first point of contact for incoming service requests while also working closely with field technicians to ensure the day is structured efficiently.
