What You’ll Do Bring client visions to reality—weddings, corporate events, private parties & more. Build timelines, mood boards, and plans that wow clients and keep everything running smoothly. Coordinate with vendors (decor, catering, DJs, photographers—you name it!) to make events seamless. Be the go-to problem solver on event days—calm, cool, collected, and quick-thinking. Manage budgets, contracts, and logistics while keeping everything stylish and stress-free. Deliver next-level client experiences that turn events into lasting memories. What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year experience in event sales planning, coordination, or hospitality. A natural multitasker who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. Communication skills that make clients and vendors love working with you. Creativity + attention to detail = your superpower. Flexible schedule (events happen on evenings, weekends & holidays).
