Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health needs.

• Design and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to the diverse backgrounds and circumstances of clients.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated and holistic care for all clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide mental health care to a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups who may face various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
