Job Title: Lead iPhone / Tablet Repair Technician (Depot & High-Volume Refurbishment)

Location: On-Site | Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Full-Time)

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 / hour (Based on experience) + Overtime potential

We process thousands of smartphones and tablets every month—devices arrive directly from bulk shipments and warranty channels, and your sole focus is running efficient, high-quality hardware repairs at scale. No customer service, no retail sales, and zero face-to-face interruptions. Just clean workbench time, professional tools, and steady, high-volume production.

What You’ll Do

As a core member of our production team, you will take non-functional or failed devices and bring them back to peak operational standards for resale.

• High-Volume Diagnostics & Repair: Diagnose and repair iPhones and iPads that fail quality control testing.
• Component-Level Replacement: Expertly swap out screens, batteries, cameras, charging ports, housings, and internal components.
• Troubleshooting: Pinpoint complex hardware and functional glitches quickly and accurately.
• Quality Assurance & Verification: Perform rigorous post-repair testing and cosmetic checks to ensure zero-defect output.
• Inventory & Tracking: Log all completed repairs, parts usage, and device data accurately.
• Collaborate with QC: Partner with our Quality Control team to flag recurring batch faults or common failure points.
• Bench Discipline: Maintain a organized station while adhering strictly to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

We need an experienced, efficient technician who knows the inner workings of iOS devices inside and out and thrives in a fast-paced depot setup.

• 1+ years of professional experience in high-volume iPhone/iPad repair or bulk refurbishment.
• Hands-on expertise opening, diagnosing, repairing, reassembling, and validating Apple mobile hardware independently.
• Precision & Speed: Ability to maintain meticulous workmanship without sacrificing output speed or damaging delicate internals.
• Troubleshooting Instincts: Sharp diagnostic skills to resolve unexpected hardware issues on the fly.
• Dependability: Strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and reliable Monday–Friday attendance.
• Bonus: Apple, WISE, or industry repair certifications (a big plus, but not required).
