Your role as the Project Manager is to own the project - the budget, the schedule, the client relationship, and the outcome.

You will take projects from buyout through close-out, keeping the numbers honest and the client informed at every step.

We are seeking a Project Manager who treats the project's money like their own and communicates like a professional.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing project budgets, buyout, change orders, and monthly requisitions.
• Owning the schedule with your Superintendent - one team, one plan.
• Running owner and subcontractor meetings that start on time and end with decisions.
• Reviewing submittals, RFIs, and contract documents with real attention.
• Forecasting costs accurately - no surprises in month nine.
• Closing out cleanly: punch, paperwork, and a client who calls you for the next one.

The ideal candidate has managed commercial or multifamily projects of $5M+ and can walk us through a job they're proud of - and one that taught them something.

Salary range is $115,000 - $160,000 depending on experience, plus bonus.
