We're seeking a creative, organized Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and communications across social media, email, and print. This role will manage our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn presence, produce email campaigns and newsletters, and create print collateral that helps patients, providers, and communities connect with our work. Budgeted Compensation: $35-$45/hr Key Responsibilities Manage Blue Zones Health's Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner, and foster a positive, supportive community. Stay current on social media trends and best practices, and help evaluate new platforms as we grow. Email and Newsletters Build, schedule, and send email campaigns and newsletters using our email marketing platform. Write and edit email copy, subject lines, and calls to action. Maintain email templates and keep audience lists organized. Test emails for formatting, links, and display across devices before sending. Print and Collateral Design and update print materials such as flyers, brochures, one-pagers, and event signage. Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers and vendors on specifications and timelines. Keep collateral current, on-brand, and organized for easy access by internal teams. Content Planning and Creation Develop and maintain a marketing calendar covering social, email, and print. Procure content from internal and external sources and edit it for quality and relevance. Design graphics and edit short-form video tailored to each channel. Make content accessible, including captions on video, alt text on images, and readable layouts in email and print. Submit all content for review and approval before it is published, sent, or printed. Collaborate with the communications and marketing team to align all content with overall strategy and brand guidelines. Compliance Follow HIPAA and Blue Zones Health guidelines across all channels. This includes never confirming that someone is a patient or discussing personal health details in public comments or messages. Performance Tracking and Reporting Collect, analyze, and report on KPIs across channels, including social engagement and follower growth, and email open and click rates. Use data insights to refine and improve marketing efforts. Requirements Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field, or current enrollment in a related program of study. Experience 2+ year of experience in social media, email marketing, or marketing coordination. Professional, academic, and freelance experience all count. Healthcare experience is a plus. Skills and Abilities Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent video editing software. Experience with email marketing platforms such as Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, or Mailchimp. Familiarity with preparing files for print is a plus. Solid understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including their algorithms and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling. Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools. Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
