What You'll Be Doing You'll work 1:1 with a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the comfort of their home, implementing programs built by a supervising BCBA. Day to day, that means running skill‑building sessions focused on communication, play, social skills, and daily living, collecting session data and tracking real measurable progress, partnering with the BCBA and the family to make sure skills carry over into everyday life, and documenting sessions clearly and professionally.
