Office Manager and Campaign Coordinator

Coraopolis Community Development

Position Overview

The Coraopolis Community Development Corporation (CCDC) is seeking a highly organized, people‑centered Office Manager & Campaign Coordinator to support the daily operations of the nonprofit and play a key role in advancing our multi‑year capital campaign, The Next Twenty Years . This part‑time position (24 hours/week across three days) ensures smooth administrative functioning, strengthens donor and volunteer engagement, and supports the Executive Director and Capital Campaign Steering Committee in achieving strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative and office operations to ensure smooth daily functioning
  • Manage donor relations and lead organizational communications
  • Support the Executive Director and the Capital Campaign Steering Committee
  • Coordinate and engage volunteers across programs and events
  • Assist with accounting tasks, including deposits and donor processing

Qualifications

  • Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor
