Job Description The Associate Manager, Non-Attorney Represented Bodily Injury is responsible for delivering an exceptional agent and customer experience through efficient, high-quality chat-based claims and inquiry support. This leader manages a team of 10–15 adjusters and/or vendor partners, driving performance through coaching, engagement, and accountability to achieve consistent, high-quality claim outcomes. The Associate Manager executes operational strategies that support Claim, Discipline, Claims Service Area (CSA), and enterprise business objectives, develops and implements performance strategies that enhance team effectiveness, ensures compliance with claim handling standards, and drives expert execution of processes in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. Total compensation for this role includes base pay plus incentive pay (commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable.
