Growth Product Manager For Surveillance Line

We are working with a company on the Eastside that's hiring a Growth Product Manager for their surveillance line. They don't necessarily want someone with a traditional Product Manager background. They want someone who has been in the field. Someone who understands the products because they've actually worked with them.

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with surveillance, VMS, or IP camera systems
• Backgrounds in sales engineering, field support, integration, installation, or technical support are all welcome
• Real hardware experience with cameras, recorders, and door controllers
• Comfortable working directly with customers and integrators
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to dig into data and form a point of view

Details:

• $110K–$125K base + 12–15% annual bonus
• They'll teach you the Product Management side of the role

• Direct influence on the product roadmap with the HQ product team from day one
• Hybrid in Bellevue — 3 days in office
