For more information, visit corporate.carrier.com or follow on Carrier social media at @Carrier.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Change Strategy & AdoptionDefine and lead the enterprise change management strategy, governance framework, and adoption roadmap for Carrier's unified Data & AI platformBuild and execute a comprehensive organizational change program that spans business functions, regions, and technology teamsEstablish adoption frameworks that drive long-term behavioral change and platform utilizationDevelop and maintain stakeholder impact assessments, readiness plans, risk mitigation strategies, and adoption playbooksCreate sustainable mechanisms to reinforce change, drive accountability, and maximize value realizationExecutive & C-Suite EngagementServe as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on change strategy, stakeholder alignment, and organizational readinessDevelop executive presentations, leadership messaging, steering committee materials, business updates, and communication toolkitsDrive active and visible sponsorship across executive leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities, messaging, and outcomesFacilitate leadership forums, steering committees, town halls, and executive roadshowsStakeholder Management & Business EngagementDevelop and maintain an enterprise stakeholder map spanning business, digital, engineering, analytics, and corporate functionsBuild a network of Change Champions across business units to serve as advocates and mobilizers of transformationPartner with BU leaders, Digital leaders, Product Owners, and platform teams to identify adoption barriers and accelerate engagementLead targeted engagement strategies for senior leaders, functional teams, and end-user communitiesEstablish feedback loops that continuously assess sentiment, readiness, and business impactMarketplace & Data Product AdoptionLead adoption strategies for Carrier's enterprise Data & AI Marketplace, increasing discovery, consumption, and reuse of enterprise data products, AI assets, and platform capabilitiesPartner with platform, governance, and product delivery teams to develop awareness campaigns showcasing business value and successful use casesDrive enterprise understanding of reusable data products, AI/ML capabilities, AgentOps services, governance standards, and self-service capabilitiesDevelop adoption metrics measuring marketplace utilization, consumer engagement, product reuse, and downstream business impactCommunications & EnablementDesign and execute a global communications strategy supporting major platform milestones, migration waves, and adoption initiativesCreate executive-ready content, newsletters, videos, FAQs, leadership briefings, roadshow materials, and cascade communication packagesDevelop role-based communication and training plans tailored to executives, business users, data practitioners, and technical teamsPartner with learning teams to develop Data & AI literacy, platform awareness, and change readiness programsAdoption Analytics & Value RealizationDefine and monitor KPIs that measure awareness, engagement, adoption, platform utilization, and business value realizationEstablish operating cadences and executive dashboards to monitor adoption progress and identify intervention opportunitiesAssess organizational readiness and adoption maturity across business functionsProvide ongoing recommendations to leadership on actions needed to accelerate value captureRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree Business Administration, or Information Technology7+ years of experience in Change Management, Transformation, Communications, Digital Adoption, or Program LeadershipPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting cloud, data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation initiativesKnowledge of Data & AI platforms, data governance, MLOps, AgentOps, or enterprise data productsFamiliarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AI transformation programs, or enterprise modernization initiativesExperience leading large-scale enterprise technology transformationsStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience partnering with senior executives and C-suite leadersProven ability to influence across matrixed organizations without direct authorityExperience developing enterprise communication strategies and organizational engagement programsExcellent presentation, facilitation, and storytelling capabilitiesPay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
