Talent Acquisition Researcher (Contract) Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PT Pay Rate: $45.00/hr Overview An in-house, AI-native animation studio at a major global streaming platform is seeking a Talent Acquisition Researcher to drive sourcing and screening for high-volume creative and technical hiring. This role partners directly with recruiters and hiring managers to build talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Pipeline: Identify and engage passive talent. Assessment: Conduct initial candidate screens to evaluate technical skills, animation pipeline knowledge, and organizational fit. Collaboration & Ops: Partner with hiring managers on profile calibration, maintain accurate candidate tracking, and present talent profiles to stakeholders. Qualifications 3+ years of technical or creative sourcing/recruiting experience within animation, gaming, VFX, or emerging tech. Strong understanding of end-to-end animation production pipelines and creative/technical job titles. Familiarity with or strong interest in generative AI, real-time engines, and digital art tools. Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
