Executive Kitchen ManagerWe are seeking an experienced, driven and talented Executive Kitchen Manager to lead the BOH team for an award-winning, full-service, restaurant concept that is growing fast. This is an amazing opportunity to join a restaurant group that has a bright & exciting future.Executive Kitchen Manager Benefits:Competitive salary + BonusBenefitsPTO and VacationRelocation assistance if neededGrowth Opportunities!Executive Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, motivate and develop the BOH teamEffectively manage food and labor costs, full financial responsibilityMaintain the highest standards for health and sanitationBe able to execute a high level of food quality in a high-volume environmentExecutive Kitchen Manager Qualifications:At least 4+ years as an Executive Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurantThe ideal candidate has corporate systems experienceExcellent communication skills and strong leadership abilityExperience with 8M sales volume or higher and experience with new restaurant openingsStrong financial skillset, ability to run highly efficient BOH operationsAbility to lead in a diverse space and create a positive work environment for allPassion for hospitality and desire to move your career forward
