Kitchen ManagerHigh volume, fast paced, full-service restaurant is seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager, to join their BOH team, train then be ready to step into the Executive Kitchen Manager position.Kitchen Manager Benefits:Competitive salary packageHealth benefits and bonus structurePTO and vacationStrong growth opportunitiesRelocation assistanceKitchen Manager Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, motivate and develop the BOH teamCost management - labor, food, suppliesMaintain the highest standards for health and sanitationBe able to execute a high level of food quality in a fast-paced environmentAct as the right-hand person to Executive Kitchen ManagerKitchen Manager Qualifications:At least 3+ years as a Kitchen Manager, Assistant Kitchen Manager or Sous ChefStrong corporate restaurant systems experienceExcellent communication skills and all-around team playerStrong organizational, problem solving and leadership abilitiesPositive mindset and ability to get along with many different types of peopleExperience working with in an annual volume of $8 Million or higher
