Axon is seeking an Assistant General Counsel, Corporate and M&A to support our mission to Protect Life. Based in NYC, you will help shape legal strategies for M&A activities and advise on compliance with securities laws.
The ideal candidate has a J.D., at least 5 years of experience in M&A, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. You will work closely with Axon's executive team and board, overseeing external legal counsel and driving governance initiatives.
