Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced MIG Welders for projects located in or around Eugene, OR. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $27–$32/hour based on experience and skill level. Responsibilities MIG welding on various metal including steel and aluminum, according to specifications Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate fabrication Setting up, adjusting, and operating MIG welding equipment safely and efficiently Inspecting welds for quality, strength, and adherence to project specifications Maintaining a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards Collaborating with team members and fabrication leads to complete projects on time Performing basic maintenance on welding equipment and tools Qualifications Proven experience as a MIG Welder in a fabrication or manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and safety procedures Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Physical ability to lift, bend, and work in various positions for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship Welding certification preferred, but not required Company Details Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
