Eazzy Consulting, a growing business financing consultancy in the heart of Flushing, is hiring Business Financing Sales Consultants who speak Mandarin or Korean. You’ll help business owners in your community secure the funding they need to grow — and you get paid on every deal you fund. Full training is provided, and a finance background is helpful but not required. Immediate hires are being considered for this on-site position at our Main Street office in Flushing, Queens. Our financing options include working capital, fast microfinance products, commercial credit lines, commercial loans, and real estate financing, supported by an extensive network of local and national banks and private investors across the United States. Job Description: As a Business Financing Sales Consultant, you’ll build and grow your own book of business within the Mandarin- and Korean-speaking business community. You’ll consult with business owners to understand their funding needs, recommend the right financing solution, and manage each deal from application to funding — with our lender network and support team behind you. This is a performance-based role with uncapped commission plus bonuses: your income reflects your results. Responsibilities: Build and grow your client base of business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors — with a focus on Mandarin- and Korean-speaking communities Consult with clients to understand their financing needs and recommend the right solution — working capital, credit lines, commercial loans, and real estate financing Manage deals from application through funding, working with our network of banks and private lenders Maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals Conduct educational seminars and workshops in Mandarin or Korean to promote our services Track your pipeline in our CRM and consistently hit monthly funding targets Qualifications: Bilingual: fluent English plus Mandarin or Korean (required) 1+ year of sales, business development, or client-facing experience preferred — finance experience a plus, full training provided Entrepreneurial and self-motivated — you thrive in a commission-based environment where effort drives income Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Comfortable with CRMs and managing your own pipeline An existing network in the local business community is a strong plus Compensation & Growth: Performance-based pay: uncapped commission on every funded deal, plus performance bonuses Guaranteed weekly pay: you receive at least $17.00/hour for all hours worked as a draw (advance) against your commissions — commissions earned above the draw are paid on top, and you never take home less than $17.00/hour On-target first-year earnings of $85,000–$150,000 — uncapped, and top consultants earn more Paid, industry-leading training led by experienced professionals — no finance background required Clear growth path: management opportunities available within two years Referral program Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000 – $150,000 per year (commission-based and uncapped, with a $17.00/hour guaranteed draw) Work Location: In person — 39-06 Main St, 3rd Floor, Flushing, NY 11354 Pay: From $17.00 per hour Opportunities for advancement Referral program #J-18808-Ljbffr Eazzy Consulting LLC
