Charlotte Aquatics is looking for an outstanding leader to join our Leadership Team. This is more than a management position - it's an opportunity to mentor an incredible staff, build meaningful relationships with families, and help shape the culture of one of Charlotte's most trusted swim schools.

As a manager, you'll play an integral role in both our daily operations and our long-term success. You'll coach and develop staff, support families, solve problems thoughtfully, and help create an environment where both employees and customers genuinely love being part of Charlotte Aquatics.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Our child-focused approach builds trust that enables our students to become not only comfortable but confident and competent in the water.
