Payroll & Training Solutions Specialist

The California State Controller's Office seeks a Training and Development Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert on salary, benefit, and compensation processing rules for statewide payroll systems and related processing. You will research laws, advocate for best practices in learning and development, and develop high-quality instructional programs for internal and external stakeholders.
