Business Development Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team! If you excel in a fast-paced environment and are driven by success, we want you on our winning team. As an industry-recognized Tier 1 Automotive Stamping Company, we proudly serve top names in the automotive industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive our company's success.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and new accounts.
- Identify and secure new business through referrals, lead databases, cold calling, and prospecting while supporting current customers.
- Provide accurate market feedback to identify industry trends, assist in product development, and address customer needs.
- Analyze market trends and customer demands to uncover new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all assigned customers.
- Address customer concerns, track opportunities in a spreadsheet, and review progress with the branch manager during weekly sales meetings.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, including product changes, office moves, budgeting, and equipment needs, ensuring top-tier service.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including billing details, contacts, custom items, pricing, and delivery notes.
- Update and present service agreements for renewal.
- Develop and deliver proposals and presentations to expand existing accounts with new products, additional equipment, and enhanced services.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to review current services and introduce new opportunities.
- Stay up to date on company products, services, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

What we Need from You:
- Proven track record in sales in the Automotive Space with 5 – 7 Years in the Field as a Business Development Manager or Equivalent Experience in a Related Field
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Education and Experience
