Part Time Customer Care Specialist

Job Location: Scott Air Force Base, Scott Air Force Base, IL 62225. Salary Range: $15.00 – $17.00 hourly. Hours: 25 hours per week (Part‑Time). Serve great customers and a powerful mission! Responsibilities Assist with all aspects of customer service, both in‑store and online. Research and provide quotes, review orders, and enter information with the highest level of accuracy. Perform cashier duties and stock items. Process incoming and outgoing shipments. Qualifications Customer service experience in a retail environment, with a track record of exceeding expectations. Experience using a computer‑based cash register. Detail‑oriented with strong online research skills and accuracy in data entry. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day.
