Assistant To The Executive Director
The Assistant to the Executive Director provides high-level administrative, logistical, and strategic support to ensure the efficient operation of the Chico Country Day School. Serving as the primary point of contact for the Executive Director, this role requires a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven, and evolving school environment. Because this position routinely handles sensitive information, the individual must exercise absolute confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment. A high degree of flexibility is required to balance shifting priorities, respond to unexpected campus needs, and support a community-oriented school culture under minimal supervision.
