Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental and emotional well-being, utilizing structured interviews and assessment tools to evaluate needs, issues, and goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and in collaboration with clients, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans to reflect progress and changing needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions addressing a wide range of mental health concerns for clients across all age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing relationships.

• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories to ensure continuity of care.

• Document all client interactions in a timely and compliant manner, adhering to legal and ethical standards governing therapy practices.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare providers to offer holistic care based on clients’ needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress, utilizing interventions aligned with evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
