Key Responsibilities Instruction: Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons aligned with state standards and curriculum guidelines. Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a respectful and safe classroom environment conducive to learning. Differentiation: Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse learning needs and styles. Assessment: Utilize a variety of assessment tools to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support student success. Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional learning and participate in school initiatives. Community Involvement: Foster relationships with the community to enhance educational opportunities for students. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field. Valid North Carolina teaching license (or eligibility for licensure). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create engaging lesson plans and utilize various teaching strategies. Preferred Skills Experience with technology integration in the classroom. Knowledge of differentiated instruction and inclusive practices. Strong organizational and time management skills.
