CNC Machinist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 24.00 to $ 32.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Weekend Shift (Friday through Sunday from 06:00am to 06:00pm)

• Operate multi-axis CNC machinery to manufacture precision components.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality production.
• Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and process issues in a timely manner.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and housekeeping duties. Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards and production requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

CNC Machinist Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of CNC machining or machine operation experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent work ethic, reliability, and dependability.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing and production procedures.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments, including: Calipers Micrometers Other inspection equipment
• Ability to read and interpret: Blueprints Schematics Technical drawings GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
