Automotive Service Manager

As a Service Manager, you will play a key role in leading our service team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driving department success. You will work with a talented team of service professionals while having the support, resources, and training needed to continue growing your career.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily service department operations to maximize efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability
• Build and develop a strong service team through coaching, training, and leadership
• Monitor department performance, production goals, and customer satisfaction results
• Support hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts to maintain a high-performing team
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, manufacturers, and vendors
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a commitment to providing an excellent experience
• Utilize dealership systems and reporting tools to improve department performance
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer and warranty procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of automotive service experience in a dealership or independent repair facility
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
• Valid driver’s license
• Vocational training or industry certifications preferred
