We are McMaster Heating & Air , a trusted leader in the industry, and we are seeking a highly experienced and capable installation technician to join our team full-time. We’re looking for a quality-focused person who can follow industry regulations and company protocols while completing hands‑on installations. You’ll also be interacting with clients, so a professional and customer‑service mentality is a must! If you can work independently, collaborate with a driven team, and ensure excellence in every installation, you could be the HVAC Installer we’re looking for. HVAC Installer Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC installation experience Ability to bring your own tools Residence in Orange County Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Clean and professional appearance Bonus Criteria EPA certification NATE certification Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test. #J-18808-Ljbffr
