Application Specialist II

Akkodis is seeking an Application Specialist II for a 12 Months Contract job with a client in Cambridge, MA (Hybrid). Pay Range: $55-$60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Job Summary Hybrid role, 3 days required onsite. Possibility of extension. Paid parking required onsite. References will be requested for finalists. Open to candidates willing to relocate at their own expense. Twice a year supporting global town meetings, big project coming up in September. Another large project in October onsite Cambridge; role will support Big events every month. Must-Have Skills Bachelor’s degree and min 3+ AV/Video experience. Soft skills are essential and strong communication a must. Customer facing role, being courteous, handling pressure, multitask, work well together with team. Ability to work well with customers, cross-functional team, clients, and all staff. Strong communication skills. Zoom platform experience required, advanced features. Experience with video conference equipment. Nice to have skills ServiceNow experience or knowledge.
