Guest Service Representative

- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and registration
- Process transactions and reservations
- Answer guest questions and provide outstanding customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
- Support daily operations and team initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, professional attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Cash handling or hospitality experience is a plus
