Full-Time Sales & Marketing Representative – $100K–$200K+ Potential .

Compensation: $15.00 per hour guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commissions. Annual earning potential of $100,000–$200,000+ for strong performers, depending on sales production.

Position Overview: 

Integrity Exterior Solutions is seeking confident, motivated Sales Representatives to help homeowners protect and improve their properties through high-quality
exterior remodeling solutions.

This is a high-ticket sales position involving roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and other exterior improvement projects. The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused closer who can build trust, identify customer needs, clearly explain project options, and confidently guide homeowners through significant purchasing decisions.

Construction experience is not required. We can train the right person. Candidates with sales, marketing, business, communications, business development, outside sales, account executive, or other sales/marketing backgrounds are encouraged to apply, including recent graduates.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Generate new business through company-provided leads, referrals, networking, neighborhood outreach, and self-generated opportunities.
• Conduct in-home consultations and exterior property assessments.
• Sell high-ticket residential exterior remodeling projects.
• Educate homeowners about available products, materials, warranties, financing options, and project timelines.
• Prepare and present accurate proposals and estimates.
• Guide customers through the complete sales process—from initial contact through signed agreement.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Build long-term relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business.
• Coordinate with production, project management, and office teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the company CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales, revenue, appointment, and closing goals.
• Represent Integrity Exterior Solutions with honesty, professionalism, and respect.

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience or a background in sales, marketing, business, communications, business development, outside sales, account executive, or other sales/marketing-related fields is preferred.
• Marketing, business, and communications majors and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in high-ticket, in-home, construction, roofing, remodeling, automotive, real estate, insurance, or consultative sales is a plus, but construction experience is not required .
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible sales schedule.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn exterior products, installation processes, and financing programs.
• Comfortable using CRM software and other sales technology.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely climb a ladder and inspect exterior areas when required.
