Owning the full-cycle recruiting process, the full-time remote Full-Cycle Recruiter will manage roles across various departments, partner with hiring managers, and creatively source candidates to build a strong team in a high-growth environment. Key responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer across diverse roles Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and drive the recruitment process Source candidates creatively, utilizing various methods to build a robust pipeline Required qualifications 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience in Series A/B or high-growth startup environments Proven ability to manage roles independently from initiation to closure Experience recruiting for technical or specialized positions Familiarity with candidate assessment and evaluation processes
