Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult and/or family medicine patients
• Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct preventive care visits, wellness exams, and follow-ups
• Develop and coordinate long-term treatment plans with specialists as needed
• Document all clinical encounters accurately using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Participate in shared on-call duties (as assigned)
• Support quality improvement initiatives and practice in accordance with organizational standards
• Build trusted relationships with community members and support continuity of care

What You Need:

• Active Michigan Medical License
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (not open to providers needing to re-credential)
• Minimum of 0+ years experience (new graduates welcome)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based outpatient setting
