Senior Employment Law Attorney

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Employment Law Attorney with 8+ years of experience to join our Denver team. What You’ll Do You’ll manage employment matters from start to finish — advising clients on workplace disputes, discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, non‑compete agreements, and more. You’ll handle everything from strategy and counseling through litigation and trial when it gets there. Base salary commensurate with experience, with OTE up to $270,000 through our performance‑based bonus program. Our incentive structure is transparent, tiered, and designed to reward attorneys who perform — not just bill.
