What We're Seeking

• Licensing: Valid Texas Electrical License ( Residential Wireman or Journeyman's License ).
• Experience: 3-5 years of residential electrical experience, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and service (light commercial experience is a plus!).
• Quality Craftsmanship: Clean, top-tier work executed strictly to NEC code on every single job.
• Professional Presence: A tidy, well-groomed appearance with a clean, neat uniform (tucked in!).
• Mindset: A positive, proactive attitude; able to work autonomously while following our best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Operations: Work independently out of your provided service van to install, maintain, and repair residential wiring, control systems, and lighting.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing devices; inspect transformers and circuit breakers for faults.
• Customer Connection: Provide excellent, clear communication with homeowners, offering options and solutions so they can choose what's best for their home.
• Van Management: Keep your assigned service van clean, organized, and properly stocked; conduct quarterly material inventories.
• Process & Execution: Consistently follow Mr. Electric's proven system to deliver exceptional results and elevate your own performance.
