Registered Nurse (RN), Weekend Shift Supervisor

About the Role:

As a Weekend Shift Supervisor , you will be responsible for overseeing a team of nurses and medical professionals on weekends, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care. This is a part-time opportunity, offering the perfect blend of work-life balance and leadership experience. Your duties will include:

Supervising and coordinating the activities of nursing staff on weekends
Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
Monitoring patient progress and communicating with physicians and families
Maintaining accurate records and reports
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
Providing guidance and support to nursing staff

Requirements:

Current RN licensure in the State of Oklahoma
