We are more than products, we are a team of inspired people doing extraordinary things. Details Hours : 1st Shift: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM–12:00 AM Overtime on Saturdays as needed. Responsibilities Operate push buttons and/or foot pedal machinery Assemble parts using hand tools, power tools, tape measures and other machinery Read simple blueprints or schematics Perform visual checks to ensure equipment and/or tooling are properly aligned and operating correctly Move carts with product to next step of manufacturing process Sit, stand, kneel, bend and lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8‑hour shift Experience and Qualifications Manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required. Physical Demands Must lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Standing for a minimum of 8 hours per day. Compensation & Benefits Minimum starting rate of $17.78/hour, with regular increases reaching $18.42/hour. An additional shift premium of $1.25/hour applies for 2nd shift. Health & Family Support Learning & Development Rewards & Recognition Work‑Life Balance Physical Requirements & Work Environment Position requires ability to move with ease in the production area; possess physical strength and stamina to remain in stationary/standing position for prolonged periods; use hands and fingers for potentially repetitive handling, gripping, and manipulating product, tools, and equipment; position oneself to complete work including bending, balancing, twisting, rotating, stooping, climbing, moving over uneven surfaces; push, pull and reach; and lift, carry, move or position objects up to 50 pounds regularly. Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to operating machinery with moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, forklift and crane operations, and vibration as well as varied exposure to noise. Personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety‑toed footwear is required. Additional PPE may be required based on work. This is a safety‑sensitive position, and impairment while performing the tasks or duties of this role could pose a health and safety risk to both the individual performing the tasks as well as those around them. Dependent upon location, the facility may or may not be a climate‑controlled plant which could result in varied hot and cold temperature swings at times.
