About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Operations to spearhead and enhance operational performance across its multi-location distribution network. The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on leader, responsible for ensuring consistent execution and operational excellence at all branch locations. This executive will work closely with the ownership and department leaders to strengthen operations, improve cross-functional collaboration, and support the company's growth. Key responsibilities include leading operations, fostering strong communication and alignment between various departments, coaching and developing operational leaders, overseeing budgets and financial performance, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive operations leadership experience, with a preference for those with over 20 years. Experience in managing multi-site operations within industrial distribution, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, or a related industry is essential. The role requires a leader with strong executive presence, the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels, and a proven track record in managing budgets, operational KPIs, and organizational performance. While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, it is not mandatory if the candidate has relevant leadership experience. The ideal candidate will also have a background in oil and gas or industrial distribution, and knowledge of safety, compliance, and branch operations.
